To guarantee your space, you must pay a $100 deposit. In order to get the discounted price, you must pay your deposit 30 days ahead (otherwise each class costs $50 more than the early bird price). Your class fee is for the class; no specific results are guaranteed.
Deposits are not refundable (no cancellations) but may be applied to a later class if you reschedule at least 7 days before the start of your scheduled class. Rescheduling fewer than 7 days before the start of your scheduled class will forfeit your deposit.
However, rescheduling up until class time will be accepted when you present proof that personal emergencies such as accidents prevent your travel, you have illnesses or injuries requiring licensed medical care or hospitalization, or family emergencies such as a death in the family force your absence. Other situations will be declared to be a no-show. In all no-show situations, your deposit fee will be forfeited.

When we accept your rescheduling request, we will notify you by email. If you do not receive this confirmation, we will not consider your class to be rescheduled. Please contact us again. Once you have received your confirmation, save it until you have received your new class assignment. If
you do not receive your new class assignment, contact us again and use our confirmation of rescheduling to show us that we should reschedule your class.
Please note that all credit card charges will appear on your credit card statement as NCR-01.
